1. No Returns on Customized Products
Since our products are made to order based on your unique specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized items. Each product is crafted specifically for you, and therefore, cannot be resold.
2. Exceptions
We will consider returns or replacements only in the following cases:
If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
we have 2 days Return policy.
If you receive an item that does not match the customization details provided at the time of order.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you encounter an issue with your customized product, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product along with a description of the issue.
Send the details to support@purchasenest.in.
4. Resolution Process
Once we receive your request, we will:
Review the provided details.
Respond within 3-5 business days.
Offer a replacement or refund if the issue meets our policy criteria.
5. Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors in customization details provided by the customer.
6. If the product is damaged or defective we will Re-deliver the Replacement product within 48hrs business days
